Morning, I woke up feeling not too great...Had all sorts of weird dreams.. I think theres a lotta junk in my head... thats y the weird dreams!

Then obviously I dint feel like coming to office. WHY SHOULD I COME TO OFFICE FOR THE HECK OF IT!!! When my team in US is busy in Thanksgiving.. why do I have to spend my day reading Calvin Hobbes, orkutting, mailing, and taking online quizzes?!! What a sheer wastage of a great mind!!

Good lords!! and exactly why should I wear peachy clothes to office?!!! WHY!!!!
So I decided to wear the weirdest combination of jeans and shirt in my wardrobe!
And I also put oil in my head.. tied them up high..and wore my glasses.. and came to office like a total nerd!!

To hell with everything!!

Alright, no work today as well.. Was getting bored so decided to hv breakfast for a change.. Had the sizzling hot doughnuts at Nilgiris. Niiiice! :-)

Why cant all mornings be like today's! I had the most amazing time sleeping till 11..

When Nitin dropped in last night all of a sudden & decided to stay, I hated to give him my nice warm quilt.. I almost thought I would freeze in that hopeless bedsheet I was left with..
Then early morning, while Shalini was getting ready, I whined and cribbed, as to how it was too cold and I am going to die any moment, and all this while Nitin ruthlessly was sleeping in the other room with MY quilt!!!

hehe.. and it was then, that she sweetly covered me with her 'Saudi Arabia' blanket.. It really rocks!! Man!! Given that blanket, one will want to sleep all his life!
I dint know I lived with an angel !! :-)

Alright! Back to Calvin Hobbes!!

10 things I did today -
1. Played 'Ashaayein' (song from Iqbal) repeatedly on my playlist.
2. Had 8 cups of coffee and 3 cups of tea, and 2 pouches of plain sugar.
3. Uploaded all the Kochi snaps and sent the link to Guly.
4. Replied to all the pending emails.
5. Chatted with Cibot.
6. Pritish and me went for lunch to a stupid place called 'Golden Plate'. We discovered that they mix 'taste-suppressors' in everything. phew..
7 . Attended a meeting with some newcomers in the Department. Geez! I feel old!!
8. Wished there were more "Thanksgiving" weeks, since it means little or no work.
9. During the meeting, Vivek gave a very intelligent answer. I was like - " Umm.. he knows stuff."
Its surprising how we never even say a 'hello' to each other, although our cubicles are just 100 cms away. So I decided to give up my recluseness and talk to him. He told me that he has done his MS from UCSD. Good lords!!
10. Sajay got a chocolate for me! :-) .
But I had to share it. :-(

work work work and more of it!!

been drop dead busy for the past couple of days.
life's hectic.. but i am sure its all for a reason..
afterall.. everything happens for a reason.. sigh.. it does!

there are a lot of things i hv planned from December 1 onwards.. Waiting for it!

i have been wasting my mind on a lot of fatuous stuff for the past couple of months.. it doesnt look like its worth it!!
my heart breaks as i write it.. but then its true.. its perhaps not worth it..

sometimes we have experiences in life, that leave us a changed person.. we change.. we evolve.. we learn.. and we move on...
nothing stays.. no one is indispensable.. nothing is definite..

but we come 'undone'.. and that is one eternal truth..
there is a law of retribution and i truly believe in its sanctity..

but life does go on...

but guess i never had a chance.. sigh...i was never 'given' the chance..

whatever!!
to hell with it!
